How To Get Started

1. Complete the admissions process: Apply Now (www.jcjc.edu click Apply Now!)

You may contact Admissions department at least one business day after application submission to confirm receipt of application, or a letter will be mailed to you confirming your application status.

2. After admission, contact assigned advisor (accessible through the JCPortal) or the Counseling Center (601.477.4149 or 4257) to enroll in the appropriate courses.

3. Contact eLearning for any questions about online courses (online@jcjc.edu or 601.477.5454)

4. Print Online Student Profile. Use the last 4 of Student ID for the Student Identifier.

5. Contact the JCJC Bookstore, located in the C.L. Neill student center or 607.477.4106 to purchase the course textbook as listed in the Student Profile.

6. Log onto Blackboard on the first day of classes: http://jcjc.blackboard.com

Username: first letter first name, last name, last 4 Student ID Number
Password: last 4 Social Security Number
