Unscheduled Maintenance

From time to time, unscheduled and unpredictable events may require maintenance activities which will prevent you from accessing the system. Examples would be hardware failure, installation of critical updates from Microsoft or Blackboard, and the like. We will make every effort through scheduled maintenance to minimize these occurrence. A notification email will be sent out if a prolonged Blackboard outage occurs.
